Customized/OEM orders: completed and dispatched within 7-10 working days

IV. Customs Clearance
We provide complete customs documents and packing lists to assist customers in smooth customs clearance.
Import duties and local taxes are borne by the buyer; please understand the relevant regulations of the destination in advance.

V. Transportation Risks
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos. We will assist in handling claims.
